The usual combination
A small team that wants HR and rotas often ends up with Breathe and Deputy together. For 20 people that's roughly £104 to £124 a month before VAT, and it still doesn't cover expenses. My Nine to Five is £39 for the same team, with expenses included.
Where we fall short
We're a web app you add to your home screen, not an app store app, though it feels much the same to use. Check-in uses a kiosk at your venue rather than GPS, and less tech isn't always a bad thing. Pay comes out as an export for your payroll provider rather than a direct integration. And we're new, which is why our founding customers get 6 months free.
